Doctoral Researcher @ ETH Zurich – Developing advanced AI pipelines for antibody design, improving protein language and structure model workflows, and contributing core ML architecture to translational protein engineering.

Focus areas include transfer learning for PLMs, in-house data leverage strategies, model benchmarking, and computational approaches that connect discovery workflows with practical immune engineering outcomes.

AI Solutions Architect & Agentic Systems Lead @ Botnar Institute Spin-off (Stealth) – Leading agentic capabilities for the flagship intelligence platform, owning architecture and repository standards, and turning research concepts into deployable product features.

Acting as the bridge between research, infrastructure, and product stakeholders to reduce delivery risk and accelerate pre-Series-A execution milestones.

Former ML & Infrastructure Engineer @ Botnar Institute of Immune Engineering – Shaped computational strategy, data/ML infrastructure, and software architecture in a joint role alongside PhD research.

Software Engineer @ Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (2020-2023) – Delivered full-stack systems for major EU-funded projects, including ClinApp, HosmartAI Hub, and ThessHF.

Built patient-facing and clinician-facing products using modern web and mobile stacks, while connecting AI services and backend infrastructure to support reliable healthcare workflows.

Founder / Engineer / Consultant @ Software Engineering Agency (2021-2023) – Built end-to-end digital products for institutional clients such as Polyptychon, Athens Epidaurus Festival, and NOESIS.
